R&G Bobbin Kits for Ducati Motorcycles, or R&G Cotton Reels as they are also known, are Rear Motorcycle Paddock Stand Bobbins that fit onto the underside of the Motorcycle Swinging Arm so that a forked type paddock stand can be used to lift the motorcycle off the floor allowing routine maintenance to be carried out safely and easily. R&G Bobbins are, in general, Motorcycle Manufacturer and Bike specific. The centre fixing Bolts fit flushly into the inside of the Paddock stand Bobbins and double up as an extra sacrificial point of contact if the motorcycle was to be layed down and will reduce the damage done to the rest of the motorcycle.
